Welcome to the Gar Chronicles, which is what I’m calling my recaps of Titans as this will be the first recap for the series run. Anyways.. onto the good stuff!

Episode One – Titans Synopsis:

In the series premiere, Rachel Roth, a teen haunted by dark visions and powers, falls under the wing of Detective Dick Grayson. We also meet Kory Anders and Gar Logan.

Now that you’ve clicked on “Read More”, you must want to know more, yes? Well keep holding your breath cause the amount of Gar this week in the pilot episode is rather disappointing! But nonetheless we have recapped his journey!

After Rachel and Dick drive off into the distance, the next place we visit is Visions Electronics in Covington, Ohio where an unnamed security guard is doing anything but his job by playing games on one of the Playstation 4’s that are in the store while eating.

Something makes a loud crash in another part of the store which causes the guard to pause the game and head towards the sound with his flashlight and gun pointing straight ahead. As the guard reaches the source of the crash, he shines the light on a green tiger which we know as Gar.

Once the guard realizes there’s a tiger in the building, he starts to carelessly shoot at it which causes the tiger to scatter and run away but not without a video game in mouth. As he escaped out of the building and through the woods, far enough away he transformed back into his human form of Gar, running away, naked with his clothes and the video game he took.
